A bending machine produces finished stirrups continuously, and today that usually means someone stands at the discharge to collect them by hand, close to a machine that is still cycling. Ring Collector 2.0 does that job instead. Three arms index in turn so one collects while two hold finished stacks, the bending machine never stops for collection, and the operator works clear of the bending zone.

Timed to the bending machine

The collector is wired into your bender, so it knows exactly when a stirrup is coming and catches it as it drops, then retracts clear before the next bend.

Three arms, continuous cycle

One arm collects while the other two hold finished stacks, up to 12 rings each, so the bending machine is never waiting on collection.

Fits the machine you have

Screw-jack height adjustment and enable/disable wheels mean one collector suits any bending machine and any bay, with no floor anchoring required.
