The most capable drive in the range and the one to specify when the mechanics are imperfect. It holds tune across a 30:1 swing in load inertia without touching a parameter, and its notch filter finds and kills mechanical resonance below 100 Hz in under 70 milliseconds.

General-purpose servo, 30% smaller than its predecessor

The volume workhorse of the servo range. Same 17-bit and 23-bit absolute encoder support as its bigger siblings, in a body that reclaims 30 percent of panel width on the 5R5 frame. Parameter copy makes commissioning a line of identical axes a two-minute job.

VEICHI SD860

Dual-axis modules on a common DC bus, 60% space saving

Where axis count is high and panel space is not, the SD860 puts two axes behind one chip on a shared DC bus. The shared chip cuts inter-axis communication delay and improves interpolation; the shared bus recovers braking energy between axes instead of burning it in a resistor.

The highest-bandwidth drive Veichi builds, with a 3.5 kHz speed loop and 25-bit multi-turn absolute feedback. Resonance auto-identification and a ripple compensation algorithm take most of the guesswork out of commissioning a demanding axis.
