How we approached it
Inspection on a rotating feed so every cap presents a consistent orientation to the camera
Checks for short shot, flash, deformation and contamination around the sealing face
Colour verification against an approved reference to catch masterbatch drift
Air-blast rejection sized to the cap and line speed
